KYC Analysts

Job Title: KYC Analyst.
Location: Bangalore (Work from office).
Experience Required: 2 + years in KYC.

Job Summary: As a KYC Analyst at Emagine, you will play a pivotal role in verifying client data, performing due diligence checks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for reviewing KYC documentation, assessing client risk, liaising with business and compliance teams, and advising on KYC requirements to meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: Leverage 5+ years of relevant experience in AML/KYC/compliance within the corporate financial services industry.
Conduct end-to-end KYC due diligence for a diverse range of global clients, including individuals, corporations, and institutions.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
Understand and apply the firm's KYC requirements for documentation, including Customer Identification Program (CIP), Minimum Due Diligence (MDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
Collect and verify confidential client data using both publicly available and internal sources.
Implement and uphold KYC standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Display flexibility by participating in migration and remediation projects, including screening resolution.
Provide training to staff members on KYC procedures and best practices.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree required.
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e g, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist CAMS) are advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, including AML, KYC, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA Patriot Act, OFAC regulations, and FinCEN.
Ability to understand complex legal entity structures, transactions, and counterparties involved.
Strong analytical and investigative skills with the capability to interpret complex financial data.
Keen attention to detail with the ability to identify anomalies and trends in financial transactions.
Experience with systems such as Actimize, LexisNexis, DowJones, NetReveal, and World-Check.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively dispositioning narratives.
Ability to work independently, make prompt decisions when necessary, and exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
