Strategy Office Realisation Office Analyst

Overview:As a Strategy Realisation Office Analyst within the IT Infrastructure Technology Platform Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and contribute to the effective delivery of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives within the IT Infrastructure Technology Platform.Support the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development.Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, summarizing findings and recommendations.Participate in project meetings, documenting action items and following up on deliverables.Support change management efforts by communicating updates and gathering feedback from stakeholders.Assist in the coordination of strategic workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishFamiliarity with IT infrastructure concepts and operations is desirable.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
