Senior Expert ITI Service Management

• As a Senior Expert Service Management, you are part of the Compliance & Data Quality Team within the global IT Infrastructure Organization
• In this role you are responsible for all activities related to Infrastructure Service Management
• You will closely collaborate with various IT and IT-I units and be responsible for implementing programs and initiatives that drive improvements to the Service Management Process
• In addition, you will oversee the Infrastructure Service Portfolio including Service Level Agreements and push for better data quality
• A mindset of automation and continuous improvement is essential in this role

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong track of record of managing Infrastructure Service Portfolio and Service Level Agreements
• Proven Expertise (5+ years) in operational governance of IT Infrastructure Service Management
• Proven track record of proactively driving process improvements and automations
• Ability foster collaboration across various organizational units
• Good understanding of the overall IT-I Service Portfolio
• Experience in Project Management, LEAN or Agile
• Experience in Service Now or similar tools
• Experience in reporting and analytics
• Can-do mindset and strong willingness to continuously develop and grow
