Job Title: Analyst - Digital AnalystJob Location: Electronic City, Bangalore Role Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team within the Trade Compliance organization to support projects related to process automation, process improvements, and data analytics. The successful candidate will have practical experience in supporting digital process solutions with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. The Digital Analyst will provide technical and project support to current digital solutions and future implementations, while coordinating closely with process owners, lead developers, and stakeholders to help evaluate the technical effort required to implement new technical solutions and improvements. A general knowledge of trade compliance processes is a plus, but a strong emphasis is placed on general technical experience and support capabilities. Role and Responsibilities:Bachelors degree in science, business administration, or related field.2+ years experience in business administration/project management or 1+ year of technical development experience in process automation, process improvement, and data analytics.Strong understanding of digital technologies and ability to learn new technologies quickly.Basic knowledge of core automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Excel VBA (Macros), power apps and other power platform applications. Familiarity with RPA technology is a plus.Ability to provide technical support and maintenance to current developed solutions maintain business continuity.Strong communication, organizational, and project support skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and intercultural environment.Willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
