Sr Team member - Business Excellence

Responsible for supporting process improvement, quality, and transformational initiatives, aimed towards driving operational excellence for the organization. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that enables achievement of results within the assigned account and business. Responsibilities

Plan training and forums for business stakeholders to build awareness of business processes.
Facilitating streamlining of business processes across functions as per the defined frameworks
Programs manage industry/ group-level assessments for measuring quality and drive improvements (TBEM, ISO audits, etc.)
Co-ordinate external surveys (like ICSAT, NPS, etc.) and process/ product quality audits and analyze results.
Programs manage transformation projects in process control function, support streamlining of business processes across functions.
Developing an implementation plan for each project, including identifying stakeholders, creating timelines, and developing budgets
Monitor project performance after roll-out, conduct trendline analysis.
Conduct process audit to ensure that services, products, processes, and facilities follow defined framework, and government regulations.
Identify functions and processes for focus, based on discussions with process owners.
Conduct business process modelling.
Analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes.

Desired Skill sets

Understanding of quality improvement tools (qualitative and quantitative) and their use
Certification in relevant process design and improvement
Project management experience
