System Engineer- Unix/Linux

Systems Engineer - Unix/Linux.Job Location : BangaloreAs an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the operational L1/L2 tasks.

You will work and coordinate with internal stakeholders/third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Unix and Linux operations and projects.

Propose service improvement plans.

Who You are :- Familiar with Linux(Redhat/SUSE) Operating system support- LVM concepts and Basic Linux commands

- Actively monitoring ticketing queues and timely assignment of tickets- bash / Python / shell scripting / C

- User management, LDAP client / Server Operations

- Shell scripting at least one of these: ksh / bash / python / Perl / C- Linux L1 Operations

- Change management process, GxP, and other compliance procedures- Ability to work in complex and international remote teams and handle multiple tasks & projects simultaneously

- ITIL certification, Experience in ServiceNow ticketing system desirable- Willingness to work in shifts (Rotational)
