Job Description
- Warehouse Process Analysis and Design: Analyze and design warehouse processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work as a member of a cross-functional and international scrum team to deliver project goals in line with business requirements.
- Support EWM/TM Implementation: Assist in the implementation of S4 EWM or TM at the wholesale level, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Testing Test Documentation: Develop and execute test cases, as well as document test results to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- Warehouse Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes, ideally with direct operational experience in a warehouse environment.
- SAP-EWM/TM Knowledge: Ideally, experience with SAP-EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or SAP-TM (Transportation Management) systems, with a good understanding of their capabilities and functionalities.
- Experience with S/4Hana: Practical experience with S/4Hana, ideally in the context of warehouse or transportation management.
- Test Case Organization: Experience in deriving, organizing, and executing test cases in collaboration with scrum teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Agile Methodology Expertise: Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methods and agile working practices to efficiently contribute in fast-paced, iterative project environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working in diverse, international teams.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in an agile environment.
- Bachelor s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Master s Degree (optional) in a relevant field can be an advantage.
- Certifications in SAP-EWM, SAP-TM, or Agile methodologies (such as SAFe or Scrum) are highly desirable.
