Senior Manager - Growth & Marketing (2-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute marketing & growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Oversee marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc. ) to optimize CAC & ROI

- Identify growth opportunities including new markets, partnerships + product innovations

- Collaborate with the creative team for compelling ad copies, creatives, and storytelling

- Team Management: Lead a team of marketers,analysts fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making by ensuring continuous learning and experimentation

- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and solve to streamline the processes

Qualifications:

- Experience: 4-5 years in business strategy, consulting, or a similar role

- Education: Bachelor's degree from Tier-1 institutions

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and problem solving
