We seek a proactive VP of Operations to lead Onboarding and Customer Support. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive growth and efficiency.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Onboarding Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract agencies, streamers, and content creators.

- Create scalable onboarding processes to improve success rates.

- Collaborate with the tech team to enhance the onboarding experience.

- Engage with agencies and streamers to gather insights for improvement.

Customer Support Management:

- Keep the support team updated on product changes and features.

- Establish KPIs to measure and enhance team performance.

- Streamline communication for timely issue resolution.

- Foster a customer-centric support culture.

Operational Excellence and Process Optimization:

- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in onboarding and support.

- Implement best practices to optimize workflows.

- Align cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) on key initiatives.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing onboarding and support teams.

- Set clear goals and performance evaluation frameworks.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Insights Gathering:

- Align strategies between founders, tech, and operations teams.

- Gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
