Job Type: Full Time

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Week-off)

Work/Shift Timings: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm IST

Start Date: Immediately

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage back office operations, ensuring efficient processing of sales and customer service.
  
• Provide sales support by coordinating with teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
  
• Maintain accurate records and reports using computer knowledge.
  
• Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal students.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in back office operations or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of backend operations and customer service.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students.
  
• Proficiency in computer applications for record-keeping purposes.
  

Languages known:

Should know Kannada/Hindi/Telugu/English. (Must possess good proficiency in English)

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in Internal coordination & sales or any other related fields.
• Conduct student follow-ups and manage internal workflows to ensure smooth operations.
• Basic analytical and problem solving kills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Power point.
• Ability to build a strong relationship with sales team and internal students.
• Team work.
• Implementing and developing sales strategies.
