Job Title: Operations Executive (Fresher)

Location: Noida/ Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Executive (fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in commerce (preferably a B.Com degree), be active on social media, and possess strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and support operational activities. As a fresher, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the efficient running of our operations.

You will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring smooth business processes and enhancing our online presence. Your ability to engage with social media platforms and work well with people will be key to your success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring processes run smoothly. Help coordinate tasks between departments to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Team Assistance: Support senior team members in managing and coordinating teams. Help ensure that projects are completed on time, and team members are informed and aligned with operational goals.
  • Social Media Engagement: Actively manage and update the companys social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat) to increase brand visibility. Monitor trends, respond to comments, and assist in creating engaging content.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams, management, and external stakeholders. Provide necessary information and updates to keep everyone informed.
  • Customer Service Support: Assist the customer service team in addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Escalate issues as needed and track customer feedback.
  • Report Generation: Assist in preparing basic reports on operations, team performance, and social media engagement. Help track key metrics and assist in analyzing performance.
  • Inventory & Resource Coordination: Help monitor inventory levels and assist in ensuring resources are available for business operations.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Support the documentation of operational processes and assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation in B.Com or a related field.
  • Social Media Familiarity: Active on social media platforms, with a keen interest in digital trends and online engagement.
  • People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn how to manage and work effectively with people in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Willingness to Learn: Enthusiasm to grow within the company and take on new responsibilities as you develop your skills.
