Operations Executive- Driver Partner

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and patient Operations Executive with a high tolerance level to join our team who has leadership and presentation skills, and the ability to both plan and execute at scale.

Prior experience in a similar role will be an important asset. The role involves managing customer interactions, resolving queries

promptly, and enhancing customer satisfaction with BluSmart services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily business operations.

2. Set and achieve short-term and long-term operational goals.

3. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

4. Focus on the retention and happiness of Driver Partners.

5. Develop Driver Partners in areas such as Defensive Driving and Road Safety.

6. Identify and resolve issues efficiently.

7. Monitor and evaluate Driver Performance daily.

Qualities Required:

• Willingness to work in a challenging environment.
• Cost-efficient and outspoken.
• Ability to present data effectively to the team leader.
• Proficiency in English; Kannada is preferred.

Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and MIS is a must
