Job Description

Create visually engaging e-commerce experiences that drive customer engagement,
conversion, and loyalty across multiple channels, including desktop, mobile, and app
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, key account managers, to
ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical requirements
Execute designs across a variety of channels, including e-commerce sites, email marketing,
and social media
Stay up-to-date with e-commerce design trends and best practices, and incorporate them
into design strategies
Ensure all designs are optimized for performance and user experience, and test designs to
validate their effectiveness

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Preferred: some experience in e-commerce designing, preferably in the consumer goods
industry
Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Coral Draw and others
Excellent visual design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing for
cataloging images
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with
cross-functional teams

Physical Requirements:
The person is required to work out of the Bangalore office
This is a full-time position
