Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Influencer Marketing, and the ability to create comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports
The candidate should be adept at implementing strategies to enhance online visibility, drive engagement, and optimize lead generation. Key Skills

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads will be a plus. Experience with content marketing and social media strategies. Timings:10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Mon-Fri)

Duties and Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to identify optimization opportunities. Monitor and report on SEO performance using SEO management tools. Google Ads & Meta Ads Management:
Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, monitor ad performance, and make data-driven adjustments. Influencer Marketing:
Identify and collaborate with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement. Oversee campaigns, and measure the impact of influencer activities. Performance Reporting:
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports to track the performance of digital campaigns. Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.), providing actionable insights and recommendations. Present data in an understandable and visually appealing format. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Assist in executing innovative digital marketing strategies. Monitor trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns effective and up-to-date. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals. Requirements
4 years of working experience in Digital Marketing
Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Influencer Marketing. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights. Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Ability to create structured and comprehensive reports. What will seal the deal
You have to work smart and save time for your research to come up with new strategies. You have to be a trend creator rather than just a trend follower
You need to find smart ways to get quality content at a low cost
Clients don't know what they want, you need to recommend new ideas/plans constantly to clients. We will not tell you what to do, you have to come up with your own plans which will work for your client. Benefits
