Responsibilities.
Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through the execution of assigned brands.
Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online & primary research, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts.
Lead a team of juniors and coordinate with the creative team with good managerial and soft skills..
Present concepts to the creative director and team youre working with.
Participate in client pitches occasionally.
Ideate ad campaigns & write video/ad film scripts and static ad copies as per the campaign..
Ideate and conceptualize narratives for brands including setting their tone and personality (Packaging, websites, social media).
Present concepts and scripts for performance marketing ads (motion graphics, videos, and static ads).
Conceptualize creative ideas to create engaging content on social media.
Suggest and implement new ideas to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
