Business Development Manager - FMCG/Nutraceuticals (4-5 yrs)

"Job Responsibilities":

- Overall-Help in building the team and Sales processes for the brand, One city at a time, working directly with founders

- Topline - Achieve planned top line Sales numbers within territory and channels, with right visibility and activiation

- Trade relations - Build and grow relations in top outlests and major distributors/channel partners QoQ basis

- Customer engagement initiatives - Through team Drive localised TG and trade engagement initiatives within budgets and timelines

- Trade Hygiene - Ensure all trade claims and spends are systematic and timely

- Competition insights - Share timely inputs with HQ teams and leadership about the same

- Projects - Positively engage and contribute in a timely manner.
