Lead/Team Member - Compensation & Benefits - Financial Institution (2-8 yrs)

- To be a part of Total Rewards Team of a leading Financial organization, which is also one of the largest diversified business house in the country.

- This large Financial organization is strengthening its Total Rewards team across its many LOB (lines of business) and are looking for talents with varying experiences, starting from 2 years to 8 yrs at best applicants should mainly have:

a)Exposure to driving annual Comp reviews across org with multiple job families (preferably more than 2 annual cycles)

b)Exposure of working under Total Rewards concepts, with a focus on long term incentives, namely ESOP's (design, process, communication, management, disbursement, withdrawals, secondary etc)

c)Understanding and exposure to JAE (Job analysis and Evaluation) in live org projects

d)Worked in implementing any digital HR platform across org, any HR transformational project using technology.

Reporting lines will vary depending on candidates experience band, maturity of LOB and Org context, but will align with centralized Rewards function.
