Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via softphone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions, issues, and concerns.
• Assist customers with product or service-related problems and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• The candidate should be able to handle various customers.
• Should be able to write an email and handle phone calls.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Should be proficient in English.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in customer support software and basic computer applications.
• Flexibility to work our shift. Early morning starts from 8:30 - 5:30 Australian Time.Role & responsibilities
