Global tech MNC requires Head - Technical Training ( Laptops-Chrome books) - Delhi

One of our client a leading Global tech company with operations in over 40 countries worldwide . It has imparted training on laptops, desktops, tablets and all-in-one computers that run ChromeOS, a proprietary operating system developed by Google. & Maintenance. ; Technology.

We are looking out for Mgr Training ( Laptops chrome books)for south Delhi office of the client

Experience- over 8 years in technical training i.e hardware /laptop / chrome book.

PFB the JD:

- Experience with training internal (employees) and external (Customers, Corporate groups or selling partners) stakeholders on how to administer, configure and integrate Chromebooks in day-to-day life

- Drive the transition from other OS to Chromebooks & ChromeOS

- Demonstrated experience working with and communicating to technical as well as business audiences on Chromebooks & its use cases

- Manage end-to-end training needs for the college/ school to improve product adoption and usage in the respective campuses

- Work with the global Chromebook team to evaluate & improvise on the region based training needs and design training programs as per the business requirements (w

- Educate clients on product capabilities and features to improve their stickiness

- Keep the clients abreast with new features by conducting refresher programs on a regular basis

- Conduct online/ offline training sessions using Google meet

- Utilise a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs

- Serve as an advisor to the B2C & B2B users by answering all of their product related queries

- Candidates with an exposure in presentation and content preparation / writing would be given preference.

- Experience using or administering Chrome-OS & Chromebooks / Windows

- Consulting or training delivery experience

- Service delivery (training) experience with a laptop as a category in the B2C & B2B environment
