- Provide insights to improve offerings and align with market demand.

Sales Performance:

- Monitor sales performance, track progress, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and business development activities.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the internal team to coordinate sales efforts and ensure smooth execution of strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and services effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in insurance sales, business development, and relationship management.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.

- Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.

- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Certifications in insurance sales or business development are a plus.
