Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Drive new client acquisition strategies and initiatives to expand the client base.
- Sales Management: Lead direct sales efforts, managing relationships with corporate clients and brokers.
- Market Understanding: Maintain a strong understanding of the insurance market landscape, including competitors and regulatory requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of various insurance products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while managing the sales pipeline effectively.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members to enhance their performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Network Management: Develop and maintain a robust broker network to facilitate business growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the Insurance/Broking industry, with at least 3 years in a corporate/Direct sales role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
