Role Summary:
The Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager supports the design, implementation, and management of competitive and compliant total rewards programs, including salaries, benefits, incentives, and long-term equity plans. The role ensures alignment with organizational goals, employee engagement, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compensation structures, pay scales, and bonus programs.
- Manage long-term incentive plans like stock options and RSUs.
- Design and oversee performance-based incentive programs.
- Administer benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and improvements.
- Draft and update policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate and educate employees on total rewards programs.
- Collaborate on budget planning and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR (HR certification preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits roles.
- Strong data analytics and HRIS proficiency.
- Knowledge of labor laws and excellent communication skills.
