Job Description
- Relationship building : Establish and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations at target universities. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and educational institutions.
- Campus Events Coordination : Plan, organize, and participate in campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events. Represent the company at campus events, promoting the employer brand and showcasing career opportunities.
- Candidate Sourcing and Selection : Source, screen, and interview candidates for internships and entry-level positions. Conduct resume reviews, assessments, and behavioral interviews to identify top talent. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding and Integration : Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Support the integration of new employees into the company culture and assist with orientation programs.
- Campus Engagement Programs : Support in Campus Engagement and Branding programs as appropriate.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruiting efforts. Provide regular reports on hiring progress, event outcomes, and candidate quality to key stakeholders.
- What you will need
- Proven experience in campus recruitment preferably within a corporate environment.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum experience of 6- 10 years in Campus Recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Good organizational and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Willingness to travel to campuses when needed.
