Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Strategist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute engaging content strategies, manage social media presence, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating impactful digital content in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote meeraq, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of events and conferences including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee management.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Proven experience managing events and conferences, including planning, promotion, and execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and event management.
