Mobile Application Developer - Flutter/React Native (4-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled App Developer to join our dynamic team. As an App Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that delight our users.

You will be responsible for the entire app development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and contribute to the success of our mobile products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain high-performance and user-friendly mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter and React Native.

- Design and implement robust and scalable mobile architectures.

- Integrate with backend APIs and services to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Ensure the quality and performance of mobile applications through rigorous testing and optimization.

- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.

- Design and implement data models and database schemas.

- Integrate mobile applications with backend systems and databases

- Manage and maintain databases using SQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) throughout the entire app development lifecycle.

- Contribute to the planning, design, and execution of app development projects.

- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mobile development, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

- Continuously learn and improve your skills to enhance your technical expertise.

- Guide and mentor junior developers as needed.

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development using Flutter and/or React Native.

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience in backend development.

- Solid understanding of SQL and experience in database management.

- Experience with mobile app development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
