Job Overview:
As the Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the brand's content strategy across all digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our brand values and customer expectations. You'll work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to create engaging, high-quality content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for our menswear products. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, a strong understanding of content trends, and an analytical mindset to measure content performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand objectives, target audience preferences, and business goals.
- Oversee content creation and publication across digital channels (website, blog, social media, email, etc. Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across teams.
- Drive organic growth by optimizing content for search engines. Work with SEO specialists to identify keyword opportunities and integrate them into content. Use data and analytics to refine content strategy and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and design teams to develop visually engaging content that reflects the brand's identity and resonates with our audience. Provide guidance on photography, videography, and written content to ensure alignment with the overall brand look and feel.
- Develop and manage engaging social media content, including posts, stories, videos, and campaigns. Monitor trends and audience engagement to adapt content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Track content performance metrics such as engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates. Use insights to continuously improve content strategy and adapt to changing audience needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the fashion or e-Commerce industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO best practices, and social media strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience using Content Management System (CMS) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.)

- Excellent communicator with collaborative attitude.
- Self-motivated and data-driven, able to analyze performance and optimize content strategy.
