Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Retail Sales Executive with expertise in ethnic wear, particularly suits, sarees, and lehengas, to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Styling & Sales:

• Provide personalized fashion advice, focusing on suits, sarees, and lehengas, to help customers make the perfect choice for their needs.
• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.
• Provide product information and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Drive sales by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service.

Ethnic Wear Expertise:

• Offer in-depth knowledge of ethnic wear fabrics, styles, and trends, and stay up-to-date with new collections and fashion updates.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty

Store Operations:

• Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining an attractive display of ethnic collections.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage customer orders.
• Ensure that the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle POS transactions, including cash, credit, and refunds.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Support new team members through mentoring or onboarding.

Achieve Sales Targets:

• Proactively engage with customers to meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling ethnic wear and accessories.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

Experience:

• Prior experience in retail sales with expertise in ethnic wear, particularly suits, sarees, and lehengas

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
