Software Development Engineer - Test - Automation Testing (3-8 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Java, Rest Assured, and BDD frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automation testing principles, experience in creating and maintaining frameworks, and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust automation frameworks for testing.

- Perform API testing using Rest Assured and automate web applications with Selenium WebDriver.

- Develop and execute tests in Cucumber and BDD frameworks.

- Analyze testing results, identify issues, and collaborate with teams to resolve them.

- Maintain and enhance existing test automation suites.

- Present analysis and solutions effectively to cross-functional teams.

- Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve testing efficiency.

Qualifications :

- 3-8 years of experience in automation testing.

- Proficiency in Java programming and automation testing tools.

- Strong understanding of testing concepts, principles, and modules.

- Hands-on experience in API testing with Rest Assured.
