We are looking for a proactive Lead Engagement Specialist to connect with potential leads, qualify them, and schedule appointments for further discussions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior experience in a US process, and the ability to engage prospects professionally.
Role & responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls and emails to potential leads, introduce services, and engage in meaningful conversations.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments with the sales or business development team.
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure attendance for scheduled meetings.
Update and maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
Engage US-based clients and decision-makers with a professional and persuasive approach.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Adhere to company guidelines, scripts, and compliance regulations.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
Preferred candidate profile
2-4 years in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in the US market).
Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
It is US shift (6 pm to 3 am).
Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and email tools.
Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and engage in consultative conversations.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
