Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with comprehensive 360-degree marketing capabilities, including strong digital marketing expertise. This role is key to driving brand awareness, lead generation, and market positioning of MedVoice within the U.S. healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare solutions, extensive experience across digital and traditional marketing channels, and a strategic mindset to enhance our growth in the U.S. market.


Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategies, incorporating digital and traditional channels aligned with business goals in the U.S. healthcare sector.
  • Lead digital efforts across SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, LinkedIn marketing and content marketing to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms that resonates with the target audience, maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Define and execute marketing and communication activities based on the marketing plan.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and optimize user experience.
  • Manage a team of digital specialists, coordinating with sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Collaborate internally and with external agencies as necessary to support and promote MedVoice services.
  • Develop creative strategies to inform clients and prospects of MedVoice services, nurturing leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct research on competitive trends and emerging technologies in the U.S. healthcare market to keep strategies relevant and effective.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource use, continuously assessing ROI to enhance campaign outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within healthcare, B2B with a focus on the U.S. market.
  • Proven expertise in both digital and traditional marketing strategies, with hands-on experience in digital tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare services marketing, particularly in the U.S. market.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
