Production Planning Controller

Role & responsibilities

We have a suitable opening for PPIC Department, position based at manufacturing plant.

Required only Pharma background.

1. To perform Material requirement Planning (MRP) run in SAP, PR reconciliation and assigning delivery date to PR.

2. Coordination with purchase for materials availability for smooth supplies as per business requirement.

3. Coordination with different functions in plant to meet the supply plan.

4. Coordinate for production scheduling & monitoring of progress of committed production plan.

5. Timely communication to Corporate planning pertaining to change in delivery dates

6. To Track & control of Raw materials & packing materials inventory.

7. To utilize of non-moving and excess stocks at other locations.

8. To notify and monitor consumption of near expiry materials.

9. To ensure safety stock levels are maintained.

10. To prepare MIS reports like Monthly volumes, Sale order entry & lead time adherence, stock statements etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Good in Communication

Ready to attend personal interview.

should have good exp in SAP.
