Role & responsibilities

SAP Hygiene & MRP RUN

• Sale Order Close
• PR close & firming
• Process order check
• Plan Order close

FG Commitment Plan for next 2 Months

• Take FG commitment date from the production in Date-wise & Share with HR & Finance.

Planned VS Achievement

• Getting data from both plants for Planned VS Achievement with remarks reason for delay & discuss with plant,

Dispatch Planning

• Prepare the dispatch plan as per Plant commitment on FG Level. & share to DL-Dispatch group

Template filling for FG/PM New Code Creation.

• Template initiate by RA
• PPIC part filling in template
• Initiate for BOM & PV creation to production.
• Sale order Punch & MRP Run
• PR give to purchase

Pending order Send to Demand Planner

• Pending order & ready stock share with Demand Planner for buyers & dispatch plan.

Preferred candidate profile

• Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP systems.
• Knowledge of MRP RUN in SAP.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals Production Process.
• Knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning.
• Knowledge of Inventory Control.
• Good Communications skill.
• Knowledge of Data Analysis.

SAP Hygiene & MRP RUN :-

Time: 1st week & 3rd week of every month & MRP RUN mid of every month.

FG Commitment Plan for next 2 Months :-

Time: Share with HR & Finance within 2 working days from date of receiving Plant commitment on FG Level.

Planned VS Achievement :-

Time: Follow-up with both plants for last month Commitment VS Achievement with remarks reason for delay & discuss with Plant & Purchase mid of every month.

Dispatch Planning :-

Time: Share with Plant within 2 working days from date of receiving Plant commitment on FG Level.

Template filling for FG/PM New Code Creation:-

Time: Code & BOM creation within 10 working days.
