Role & responsibilities

Mass Hiring Initiatives:

• Develop and execute strategies for high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple locations.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to forecast staffing needs and meet deadlines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and on-boarding.

Travel & On-Site Recruitment:

• Travel to job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Conduct recruitment events at remote sites, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.

Sourcing and Networking:

• Leverage multiple sourcing platforms such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with HR teams and department managers to understand hiring priorities.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and challenges.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and labor laws.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities

Candidate Experience:

• Create a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and ensuring clear communication.
• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment practices.
