Assistant Manager - Microbiologist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological analysis of water samples to ensure quality standards.
  
• Perform environmental monitoring and validation of water systems according to cGMP guidelines.
  
• Develop and implement effective microbial limit testing (MLT) protocols for pharmaceutical products.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to water contamination or non-compliance.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records and reports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology (B.Sc), Master's degree in Science (MS/M.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of microbiological techniques such as plate counting, bacterial endotoxin test, etc.
