Senior accountant- India Finance

·    Participate in month-end & year-end closing activities related to record to reporting.

·       Monthly review of financials with commentary over variances for Balance Sheet and P&L 

·       Post Journal entries for accruals, prepaid, payroll cost, etc. 

·       Contribute during the Statuary audit, Internal and tax audits provide support in adhering to timelines

·       Manage compliance for Indirect tax coordinating with a consultant to get GSTR monthly and annual compliances done.

·       Manage compliance with respect to direct tax coordinating with consultant to get Advance tax, TDS, and Income tax returns filed.

·       Assist in the preparation and filing of NSTPI compliances & FEMA-related compliance.

·       Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders and participate during monthly close meetings.

·       Oversee the treasury function, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and investment activities.

·       Support the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, recording, and timely payment processing.

·        Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any invoice discrepancies or payment issues.

·       Manage end-to-end fixed assets accounting, working on Capex, CWIP to Capitalization & sale/transfer transactions.

·       Work on Balance sheet reconciliations and participate in blackline implementation.

·       Work on process controls and risk matrix for all the critical processes.

·       Work on Management reporting in Oracle

·       Adhoc tasks, Simplification & Automation Projects.
