Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SharePoint environment (Online on-premises), ensuring its optimal performance, and supporting our users needs. This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, administration, and the ability to provide technical solutions to enhance our business processes, designing, developing and maintaining custom SharePoint solutions, leading migration projects and collaborating with stakeholders across geographies to deliver effective SharePoint services. The candidate shall also have experience developing SharePoint solutions in Power Platform. Required Skills: Experience with Azure services and tools. Experience with Power Automate SharePoint site development. Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and processes. Certification in Microsoft SharePoint or related technologies. Hands-on experience with PowerShell and SharePoint PowerShell libraries Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and solutions using SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Server Create, customize and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, custom workflows, web parts, and site templates. Develop and deploy SharePoint-based applications and solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, and Power Automate. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and applications. Migrate SharePoint projects from older versions to SharePoint Online or newer on-premises versions. Monitor and manage SharePoint-related tickets in the IT service management system. Perform SharePoint site administration, including user permissions, site configuration and monitoring. Maintain comprehensive documentation of SharePoint configurations, customizations and processes. Work on development of solutions using Power Platform components such as PowerApps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint functionality and performance. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. User Support: Provide technical support and training to users, addressing issues, and ensuring optimal use of SharePoint functionality. Stay current with SharePoint and related technology trends, updates, and best practices. Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Designer. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and integration with SharePoint. Hands-on experience with PowerShell and PnP PowerShell libraries. Experience with Active Directory integration and management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently.
