Job Description
Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) (Male candidates only) with minimum 4-6 Years of (post qualification) proven work experience in GST, Direct Tax, Audit, Accounting, Finance, and MIS.
He should be well versed with advance computer skills on MS-Word, MS- Excel Tally software. Should be capable of analysing large amount of data and to compile reports and should possess excellent communication leadership skills to handle 8-10 articles /or employees team.
Functions / Role:
The role will include but will not be limited to the following activities.
- Observe due compliance of Accounting Standards and Finalization of accounts.
- Ensure compliance with local commercial laws i.e. Income Tax,/GST.
- The candidate is expected to be conversant with accounting standards, Indian GAAP, modern accounting systems procedures and provisions of Income Tax Act, GST and other statutory laws.
- Reviewing report of Articles, visiting clients place for meetings as and when required and coordinating with ROC Registrar Office as per need.
- To undertake Audit, preparing Income Tax Returns and providing all the services relating to taxation and account matters of the clients.
- Preparing MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz fund management, Preparation of MIS for the Group of Companies, developing management reporting and dash boards besides MIS.
- Computation of provision for tax, computation of provision for deferred tax assets / liabilities, tax reconciliation for group reporting on quarterly basis and ensuring timely payment of advance tax.
- Review of Audit schedules/details and ensuring completion of Audit within the allowed time-frame
- Preparing Chart of Advance Tax on Quarterly basis of all the clients.
- Review of financial statements with respect to Advance Tax calculations.
- Appearing for Scrutiny Assessments Appeals in Income Tax and other applicable entities. Review and preparation of replies to notices.
