Job Description: The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in leading divisional pricing activities with a primary focus on strategic analysis and tracking of the eCommerce business. This role involves collaborating closely with the sales force and eCommerce personnel to provide sales trends, monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and provide data-driven insights to optimize performance. Responsibilities: 1) Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales, pricing, and operational data from Amazon and Walmart s vendor platforms to identify trends and opportunities. 2) Performance Optimization: Track KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, and profitability to recommend strategic improvements. 3) Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in eCommerce. 4) Forecasting and Demand Planning: Support demand planning by analyzing historical sales trends and seasonality to improve inventory efficiency. 5) Strategy Development: Assist in formulating data-driven strategies for assortment, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and profitability. 6) Automation & Tools: Utilize business intelligence tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to streamline reporting and data visualization. Required Skills: Customer-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to liaise with US counterparts. Methodic and structured organization skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau Ability to work as part of a team with different cultural and national backgrounds. Confidence in dealing with individuals of various functions. Ability to contribute to create solutions and foster the spirit of innovation Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Work Experience: 3-7 years of Pricing analytics experience is required. SAP experience is preferred. Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems. Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree
