Business Analyst

Job Description: Medline India is looking for a Business Analyst with extensive experience in Operations Sales in the Healthcare domain. This person will be actively involved in pricing analysis and working on various reports that would help the Product managers and other stakeholders in decision-making. Some of the responsibilities are: Identify data and create reports to accelerate the business and communicate actionable analysis from the reports. Create, develop, and maintain ownership visualization dashboards for key product divisional KPIs Collaborate with US-based analysts to identify and develop new reporting requirements Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the US based team Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Both develop new tools and automation and automate existing manual reporting using Excel VBA, SQL, MS Access, Tableau, and Power BI per business need Document and create standard operating procedures for key reports in order to enhance cross training amongst team members Ability to adapt and support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests as needed Monitor and track compliance of capital asset placement agreements, and then enforce compliance regulations and ensure all agreements are adhered to by customers Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities. Monitor for data accuracy, timeliness, and integrity in data used in analysis and reporting. Communicate to appropriate personnel if data inaccuracies exist. Ensure follow-up so that analysis and reporting outcomes are reviewed and implemented. Must manipulate large amounts of data in Excel/Access efficiently and accurately.Required Skills / Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience Advanced level skills in MS-Excel, and MS-Access. Intermediate to Advanced skills using SQL and VBA in Excel/Access, Tableau, and Power BI Good Analytical Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Responsive and attentive to the questions/queries raised by stakeholders. Ability to work independently and proactively. Deadline and detail-orientated individual. Ability to provide innovative solutions to business problemsEducational Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree
