Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs.

Issue Resolution:

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of advertising products and services.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.

Documentation:

• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Generate reports on recurring issues for service improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Share customer feedback to influence marketing strategies and product enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in advertising/marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Flexibility to work night shifts (US hours).
