Job Title: Customer Onboarding & Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Guide new customers through onboarding, from setup to full adoption.
• Conduct training on platform features, campaign setup, and performance tracking.
• Develop tailored onboarding plans and resolve challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve resources and automation.
• Build strong customer relationships and recommend optimizations.
• Educate customers on new features and assist with technical issues.
• Provide insights to drive retention and subscription renewals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Customer Onboarding, Success, or Account Management.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, platform adoption, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Proficiency in data platforms (Tableau, Anaplan) and communication tools (Outreach.io, Zendesk).
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.
