Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven and experienced Senior Customer Success Executive to bolster our Customer Success Team. We're in search of someone with a proven track record in sales, a flair for customer success, and adeptness in international voice processes. This role is pivotal in spearheading new customer acquisition, ensuring retention, salvaging abandoned sales opportunities, and steering customer escalations. We're seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional English communication skills, a knack for tool adaptation, and a preference for Hindi proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically identify and target prospective customers across diverse channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to fine-tune lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Vigilantly monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively tackle issues to minimize churn.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer delight and satisfaction.
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage a high-volume of customer interactions while delivering top-notch service.
  • Thoroughly document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.
  • Assume the role of a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to customers.
  • Employ effective negotiation techniques to close sales deals efficiently.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of customer needs to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Overcome objections and challenges during the negotiation process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Articulate the unique benefits and features of our courses and programs to potential customers.
  • Ensure upsell strategies are aligned with our brand image and customer requirements.
  • Continuously seek avenues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Demonstrate impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Hindi is highly desirable and serves as a valuable asset in communicating with Hindi-speaking customers.
