Tele Sales Executive

Position: Admission Telecaller
Location: Lajpat Nagar
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound & Outbound Calls
• Handle incoming inquiries related to admission processes.
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and their guardians based on provided leads.

1. Counseling and Guidance
• Provide detailed information about courses, admission criteria, fees, and other aspects of the institution.
• Guide students in selecting the right courses based on their interests and career goals.

1. Lead Management
• Maintain and update the database of leads and inquiries in the CRM.
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely closure.

1. Conversion Focus
• Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Address student/parent concerns to facilitate smooth conversions.

1. Documentation Assistance
• Assist students with completing admission forms and submitting required documents.

1. Reporting
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call logs, inquiries, and conversions.
• Share insights on frequently asked questions or common concerns from students.

1. Communication Skills
• Excellent verbal communication in [Insert Languages Required, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages].
• Active listening and the ability to empathize with students and parents.

• Familiarity with online platforms for virtual counseling (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).

• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Marketing, Education, or related field).
• Prior experience in telecalling or counseling (preferred but not mandatory).
