Job Description
- Make outbound calls to introduce products/services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound customer calls, address queries, and provide information.
- Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer objections professionally to secure sales or appointments.
- Update call logs and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing Graduation (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Prior telecalling experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working with targets and using CRM tools.
