Call Center Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
2. Provide detailed information about our projects, offers, and services.
3. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
4. Follow up with leads generated by the sales and marketing team.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
8. Schedule appointments for property visits and meetings

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and [regional language, e.g., Malayalam] is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Capability to handle customer concerns efficiently.
• Basic understanding of sales processes in the real estate sector is an advantage
