Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst

Position Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, user experience design, and performance optimization. This role will focus on analyzing market trends, conducting experiments, and implementing strategies to improve user experience and increase leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze digital marketing trends and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
• Develop strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation.
• Create detailed reports on marketing performance and recommend actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to implement changes.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing analysis and experimentation.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in UX/UI optimization is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Certification in digital marketing, analytics, or user experience.
• Familiarity with heat mapping tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg).A
