Deputy Manager / Manager-Referral Sales For South Delhi

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for the referral business development in assign territory.
• Organizing & managing events e.g. CME programs, Health Talk and Health Camps etc.
• Tie up with other primary/secondary care hospitals/Nursing homes to start our multispecialty OPDs there.
• Access the upcoming needs of clientele in the target market and develop programs to increase revenues from the territory.
• Identify, develop and manage relationship with clients for achieving organization goals.
• Client facilitation and grievances handling at all functional and operational level to improve the business relationship.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be Graduate.

Candidate must have relevant experience of referral sales for South Delhi location of some reputed NABH / JCI Hospital Only.
