Manager - Doctor Referral Team

Role & responsibilities

1. Doctor Engagement and Recruitment:

• Meet and build relationships with doctors (ophthalmologists and other specialists) to recruit them for collaboration with the hospital.
• Collect and maintain a database of doctor contact details and professional information.

2. Corporate Event Participation:

• Attend healthcare and eye care corporate events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential doctor partners.

3. Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify potential doctor partners and new recruitment opportunities.
• Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine recruitment strategies.

4. Relationship Management:

• Maintain long-term relationships with recruited doctors and doctors in the market to ensure continued collaboration.
• Maintain and hold the connection with the competitor doctors to enable the future collaboration

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, Collected database and upcoming event plans
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and agreements with doctors.

6. Travel:

• Travel extensively within the assigned regions to meet doctors and attend events.
