Deputy Manager - Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. This role requires a strong eye for detail, proficiency in design software, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print & Digital Design: Create interactive designs for newspaper advertisements, campaigns, banners, and other marketing materials.

• Marketing Collaterals: Develop visually appealing collaterals for the hospital, sales, and marketing teams.

• Social Media Content: Design custom graphics for various social media platforms, ensuring engagement and brand alignment.

• Sales & Presentation Support: Design sales decks, PowerPoint templates, and proposal templates to support the sales and other internal teams.

• Concept Development: Study design briefs, brainstorm ideas, and develop concepts that align with project objectives and target audiences.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand identity across all designs and marketing materials.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the design lead, project managers, and other teams to refine and finalize designs.

• Feedback & Revisions: Amend designs based on feedback to ensure the final output meets expectations.

• Testing & Optimization: Test graphics across various media formats for quality and effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in graphic design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to develop fresh, engaging, and visually compelling designs.

• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for color, typography, and layout.

• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and project requirements.

• Strong Communication: Ability to understand design requirements, present ideas, and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Previous experience in designing marketing materials for healthcare or related industries is a plus.

• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
