Menmoms - Training Manager - B2B/B2C Segment (3-10 yrs)

- Developing and implementing training programmes that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation

- Collaborating with department managers to identify training needs and developing customised training programmes that address the unique needs of each department

- Train the salespeople on how to promote the company's products and services effectively

- Delivering training programmes to employees using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning and on-the-job training

- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes using a variety of methods including surveys, assessments, and feedback from employees and managers

- Using data and feedback to continuously improve training programmes and making recommendations for changes and improvements

- Perform training sessions with new employees through various methods to train employees like OJT, Classroom, Case study, Group discussion etc.

- Managing a team of trainers and providing coaching and feedback to ensure the effective delivery of training programmes
